It’s hard to believe that Dora & Mauricio’s wedding wasn’t even two months ago. Editing their photos in the midst of a pandemic was therapeutic, bringing me back to the joy of their big day. It was completely filled with love as they were surrounded by their kids, grandchildren and close friends for their intimate courthouse wedding in West Bend, Wisconsin.

The History Center of Washington County made the perfect backdrop for their I-dos. First, we started with some soon-to-be-newlyweds’ portraits of the two of them on the picturesque main staircase that offered lots of character and charm. Dora looked stunning in her blue dress, and Mauricio was handsome with his coordinating tie, boutonnière and suit.

Then we joined their guests on the main level to capture some portraits with everyone as we neared the time of the big event. Shortly thereafter, we all made our way upstairs, and it was time for them to get married! Smiles all around, sealed with a kiss, congratulatory hugs… it was my pleasure to capture such a special evening.

Soon we all headed to The Jail House Restaurant for their private dinner reception, delicious food, toasts and mingling. Dora & Mauricio were so sweet to invite me to stay for dinner, and I loved getting to know everyone. What an honor ♥

Thank you so much for choosing me to be your wedding photographer, Dora & Mauricio! Wishing you both many happy years together, and sending virtual hugs and well wishes to your loved-ones as well!

Cheers,
Miranda
